Starboard CLI Fails to Work After Updating EKS to Version 1.27

After updating our EKS cluster to version 1.27, the Starboard CLI is no longer functioning as expected. We are encountering errors that prevent us from using the tool effectively.

The command starboard scan vulnerabilityreports deployment/name is returning .

Error: getting pod controlled by job : Starboard/pod-name : pod for job not found.

I tried to update starboard issue with no success i tried starboard cli in another 1.26 eks cluster and it worked fine ,

so i contacted AWS support and they confirmed that Starboard CLI do not work in eks 1.27 or any version after it .

this is also applies for Starboard operator .

is starboard going to be updated or we need to look for alternatives ?

• Starboard version : 0.15.12
• Kubernetes version 1.27

@major2323 starboard is no longer maintained, all effort has been migrated to trivy-operator or trivy projects
