Unable to Pull Image from ECR

• I have deployed trivy-operator using helm set the service Account create to true.
• Post deployemnt i executed IRSA according to Docs
• Expected output : To pull images from private registry
• Logs:
  main-28fbcba: unexpected status code 401 Unauthorized: Not Authorized\n\n\n\n"
  I dont seee the arn annotations added in the SA of the trivy-operator
