Missing Image ghcr.io/aquasecurity/trivy-operator:0.24.1

Hey folks,

i try to update my helm chart to version 0.24.1 but k8s fails with ImagePullBackOff with Back-off pulling image "ghcr.io/aquasecurity/trivy-operator:0.24.1"

i already check the version published on package (https://github.com/aquasecurity/trivy-operator/pkgs/container/trivy-operator) and dont exist the version 0.24.1

yes, we disabled it, when couldn't publish the previous release: #2331
Github has a rate limit issue, it was a critical, more details: aquasecurity/trivy#8009
