Custom Source integration unresponsive

I activated the custom source integration and the extension very frequently tells me that it can not find information in the provided document.

For example i am using this text in a sample document.
"Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is an American politician, media personality, and businessman who is the 47th president of the United States. A member of the Republican Party, he served as the 45th president from 2017 to 2021." --> trump.txt
If i start a conversation based on that file and ask:
"When did Trump serve?"

Answer is:
"I couldn't find"

This happens for me in ~90% of the cases, which i am not used when using infos in the context of GPT models.

I am using azure openAI Service API.

Could you share the source and example. The RAG approach might not be indexing correctly.
