It is template for future development.

Feature summary

There is another toolchain https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/devtools/-/tree/git-packages (available as https://archlinux.org/packages/community/any/devtools-git-poc/). In case of this feature release, we will need to migrate current build system to another commands

In addition, need to check if there are new features which can be used by the service
