For some reason the official aegisub has the audio sync perfectly but the video is slower, in your build the audio is faster but the video is perfect, I realize you have a lot on your hands and unfortunately I wont be of much help but I guess I'm just letting you know this bug exists. The audio seems to be quicker by 470ms consistently, hope that helps.
