Supported for:

• Inbound FPS payments.
• Inbound FPS webhooks.
• Outbound domestic payments.

Additions of BACS messages and notifications

Some fixes for PHP 5.6 only (isset() methods changed to hasValues(), hence new point release).

Travis tests linked.

BACS notifications and new BACS requests and responses have yet to be tested, so may not be totally stable. Issues and PRs welcome, until I get around to testing them.
