Modify menu and tool buttons

Modify menu and tool-bar to be able:

1. Show / Hide Navigation and Status widgets;
2. Close / switch to any MDI child window;
3. Design menus and tools to create Service Interface entries;
4. Log managing and filtering menus and tools.
