Description
On arfc.github.io/software, there is a role entry displayed for each piece of software (the corresponding YAML file is _data/projects.yml). Some of these people are not in the group anymore. Based on the discussion in #314, @katyhuff and I determined it would be good to replace this entry with two different entries: an author entry and an entry for the current maintainer or group point-of-contact.

How can this issue be closed?
This issue can be closed when a PR exists implementing the author and maintainer entries for each piece of software in _data/projects.yml.
