Axis values relative to the App

If you click at the far right or bottom of the control the max value varies based on the size of the window the Canvas app is running in. How do I get the coordinates relative the the App irrespective of the window size i.e. If the canvas app is set to 1366 x 768 and I make the control the same size, how can I ensure the values align?
