Phase-out release plan for annotation-based impl

As communicated earlier, we've switched to CRD-based architecture and configuration in argocd-image-updater project, and started phasing out the annotation-based implementation. Users are encouraged to upgrade to release v1.x (currently v1.0.2 as the latest release) to leverage many new features and enhencement in the CRD-based implementation.

To continue support, in a limited capacity, existing use of annotation-based implementation, we plan to publish 3 more minor releases of annotation-based impl, off of master-annotation-based branch during 2025 and 2026. After these 3 legacy minor releases, argocd-image-updater will fully switch to the CRD-based implementation, and no more legacy release will be scheduled.
