Add a short architecture document that explains how ClusterProfile integration
with Argo CD works.
We have examples, but it is still hard to understand the overall design without
reading the code. A user should be able to quickly tell what the controller does,
what Argo CD does, and where access provider configuration fits in.
Acceptance Criteria
The architecture can be understood without reading the controller source.
