Improve Delete Dialog Behaviour for Application/ApplicationSet

There is confusion particularly when selecting the Delete action in Details Tree or Details List views because the dialog that pops up is entitled "Delete resource". From the "top" application List view, it clearly says it's an "Delete application". Furthermore, the Non-Cascade option is confusing.

I agree this is an issue. I'm not sure it's a bug, enhancement is probably better.
