Surface Resource Deep Links on Resource in UI View #24915
Description
Summary
Can resource/application/project deep links optionally surface as a clickable link on the ArgoCD UI Resource View, similar to how Ingress links are surfaced?
Motivation
Current deep links are buried in the resource/application links area that users may not be as familiar with, this will surface them front and center in the ArgoCD UI for things like links to Monitoring Dashboards, Logs, etc.
Proposal
Add a new option that will toggle this behavior.
