Hubs Example Breaks When Viewed Locally

SUMMARY:
Downloading the .zip for carousels and then viewing live via VS Code results in the last few demos breaking.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Download gui-challenges-main.zip.
2. Open gui-challenges-main > carousel > index.html in VS Code.
3. View live in browser.

EXPECTED RESULT:
The .zip file, when viewed live, locally, should look the same as https://gui-challenges.web.app/carousel/dist/

ACTUAL RESULT:
The last few demos seem to be missing CSS, here is a screenshot:
