Need help for Apollo Reddit app

Hi @bhackel and other respected devs here.. I know this is for YouTube, but there's a problem we've had in the Apollo app for Reddit for some time now since the purge of 3rd party apps. And I wondered if any of you brilliant people could have a look and perhaps provide some pointers as to how to solve 'em.

I don't know if any of you use the app at all, but we're trying to get this new comment highlighter to show up inside the comment threads.
I was so impressed you were able to solve that "remaining time" issue I had, and couldn't think of anyone more apt that could perhaps show us the way.
