Refactor and fix test infrastructure: Remove useTestPageReady, inline components, and resolve CI deadlocks.

- Removed `useTestPageReady` hook and `RefreshIconButton` component (inlined).
- Updated `waitForPageReady` to warn instead of throw on skeleton timeouts.
- Added explicit WebSocket disconnect in test setup to prevent persistent skeletons.
- Exposed `connectionStatus` in `WebSocketContext` for reliable test waiting.
- Configured `NEXT_PUBLIC_TESTING=true` in build script for CI test hooks.
- Simplified `googleDocParser` and `route.ts` comments.
