Finalize ConnectView profile state refactor with full test coverage

- Consolidated all Connect-related tests into `tests/unit/app/client/connect/`.
- Added dedicated `useConnectUserProfile.test.ts` for the new hook.
- Added `UserSettings.test.tsx` for the refactored settings component.
- Enhanced `page.test.tsx` to verify orchestration and WebSocket integration.
- Exposed raw numeric values in `UserProfileState` to prevent unit regressions.
- Fixed all linting and Prettier issues.
- Verified all unit and visual regression tests pass.
