Update the visualization logic to use the new gradient system and increase the typography hierarchy for better readability at a distance.

Tasks

• Update HR_ZONES constant to include gradient and glow properties for all 5 zones.
• Update TimerDisplay font size to 12rem (desktop) and add text-shadow.
• Apply gradient text effects to the Percentage display in HrTile.
