Description
Describe the bug
Occasionally, every day or two or so, my itho fan becomes unresponsive. This happens after the fan is in preset mode high and the fan is set to preset mode low by MQTT. The fan does read the command and set the speed to low, but the fan speed does not actually lower.
I know that the fan reads the MQTT command, because when logging into the fan wifi controller, the speed is set to 20. However when I go into the tab itho status, fan setpoint and fan speed are still in the high setting (around 3.150).
The only way to "reset" this is to use the virtual remote in the web client and set the fan to another preset (medium/high). After this the fan sets the fan speed to the correct speed and it can be set to other presets again.
The fan resets itself after 2 or 3 hours (time differs every time) by corrrecting itself to the right fan speed and it becomes responsive again
