META Considerations

Some of these may be done already.

• fix marks factory and wasmx-js
• determine IP automatically for self when creating app.toml & print the full peer ID for sharing
• update IP for node - test
• store same wasmbin -> same codehash -> should not create another code
• events - check address! important events for core contracts check that address (emitter) has the proper role
