Readme update : looking for getting started

Hello :)

I'm looking to create a community website based on Dillo framework. As https://blender.community/ works.
However i'm not understanding how to build this project.

I've already looked at https://dillo.space/docs/ but the documentation is out of date :
requirements-dev.txt and manage.py do not exist anymore. So i'm using poetry install and poetry run python dillo/apps.py

But no process seems to start.

Can you bring me some help to getting started with Dillo please ?
