fix(sm8550-7.0): drop merged & broken SD/DSI patches

Six patches in sm8550-7.0 no longer apply against linux-7.0.y:

  Summary: kernel patching: 49 total patches; 43 applied; 6 failed_apply

blocking the kernel-sm8550-edge build entirely. Verified upstream state
against gregkh/linux@linux-7.0.y:

  0043 drm/msm/dsi: Restore widebus CMDMode    -> already upstream
  0044 sm8550:    Fix xo clock supply          -> already upstream
  0045 sm8650:    Fix xo clock supply          -> already upstream
  0046 sm8450:    Enable UHS-I SDR50/SDR104    -> NOT upstream
  0047 sm8550:    Enable UHS-I SDR50/SDR104    -> NOT upstream
  0048 sm8650:    Enable UHS-I SDR50/SDR104    -> NOT upstream

0043-0045 are pure redundancy. 0046-0048 are a temporary regression in
SD card UHS-I modes on sm8450/sm8550/sm8650, accepted to unblock the
build (same trade-off as PR #9884 for sm8550-6.18).

Follow-up: re-introduce the three SDR-enable patches as fresh patches
once someone refreshes them against current 7.0.y context.
