[Feature Request]: Support NanoPi R3S

Which feature would you like to have?

What would it take to support the NanoPi R3S? We have a batch on order and would be happy to provide one shipped free of charge for testing. The framework currently supports the R2S, here are the high-level spec differences:

	R2S	R3S
CPU	RK3328	RK3566
Connectivity	Internal 10/100/1000M Ethernet Port x 1, USB3.0 converted 10/100/1000M Ethernet Port x 1	one Native Gigabit Ethernet, and one PCIe Gigabit Ethernet
Storage	MicroSD Slot x 1	MicroSD Slot x 1, and on-board 32GB eMMC

What would it take to support
