License for OSS operator and Halyard image

Hi, we're testing out the operator in cluster mode but we noticed it's pulling halyard-operator from https://registry.hub.docker.com/r/armory/halyard

Going to the docker hub page, we can read: Use of this software requires an enterprise license from Armory and is also governed by the Armory TOS found at: https://www.armory.io/terms-of-service/.

Can you confirm if we have to pull a different image or we're not violating any terms of services using that image, even deploying the non proprietary operator?
