Doing a POST request for health and uptime monitoring?

Hello and thank you for a fantastic analytics tool :)

Is there a way to do a POST request to the /count endpoint that won't register anything, but do respond with success? I'm looking at setting up health and uptime monitoring for my instance, and would like to verify somehow that the endpoint is healthy.

There's /status (e.g. https://goatcounter.goatcounter.com/status), which is intended for that.

I think that should be good? That should probably be documented somewhere.
