Allow reusing deployments for multiple test classes

https://github.com/ingwarsw/arquillian-suite-extension allows reusing the same deployment for multiple tests (without rebooting the container each time), which saves a lot of time spent on deployment. I suggest that this behavior will be integrated into Arquillian as it's almost always desirable.
