Awkward Out of Memory

For some reason my specific GPU PowerVR Rogue GE8320(i know its a bad GPU) Seems to crash with VK_ERROR_OUT_OF_DEVICE_MEMORY

Even when I've allocated almost 700+MB and have seen an device with 300mb allocated run artvk without any issues(in development channel) I assume its a driver issue? I don't really know
