bagit-java key warning on CentOS 7 install

When installing archivematica-mcp-client on CentOS 7 a few warnings come up:

bulk_extractor and ffmpeg are from other repos so there's not much that can be done, but bagit-java-4.12.0 is from archivematica-extras. It seems to install / the warning looks to be ignored, but you should verify that it's being signed with the right key.

(Not tagging with phase 1 since it ultimately gets installed / the warning seems to be ignored)
