Problem: infinite AIPs relies on Archival Storage tab, which is absent in indexless deploy #116
Description
We want to be able to create infinite AIPs even when AM is deployed in indexless mode, i.e., where Elasticsearch is not installed and the Archival Storage (AS) tab is absent. However, the current infinite-aips.feature file uses this AS-dependent step:
When the user waits for the AIP to appear in archival storage
It should use this step instead:
When the user queries the API until the AIP has been stored
