Problem: it is not clear how to run specific scenarios

We need to institute and implement standard methods/workflows for indicating how a specific feature (or feature file) is to be run. This should be in the documentation and ideally also in the feature files themselves as comments and also in a makefile or shell script that can run all features or individual ones.
