diagnostics: Catch and re-throw parsing exceptions in Doc.mk #256
Description
Some text snippets causes marksman to crash #235 but current stack trace / error report doesn't help in identifying which text causes crashes.
It'd be better to catch parsing exceptions somewhere around Doc.mk, and rethrow the enriched versions that would also output the name of the file together with its content.
