Can you please create a step by step guide to use it by forking

It's sad to see the retirement of this package. as we all know the whole flutter video ecosystem is based on this package. I understand you can't do anything about it legally.
but if we use it directly on our own fork then that's not cause any problems. as it's directly between me and ffmpeg.
So for a final relief can you release a step by step guide to how can we fork it and use it. As most of the developers don't know exactly how this bigger things works we just simply use it not knowing underlying codes. please release a step by step guide it will help us All. currently available building documentation is not easy to follow. is some minimal setup can't be there?

I’ve done my best by delaying the retirement, communicating the process, explaining the reasons, unarchiving the repository, and pointing you to where you can find help. At this point, there’s nothing more I can do.

FFmpegKit’s hybrid plugins (Flutter/React Native) are standard plugins that rely on native FFmpegKit binaries. When these binaries are removed from the repositories, projects using hybrid plugins won’t be able to download them. The solution is to build the native FFmpegKit libraries for your platforms locally.

You don’t need to be a Flutter/React Native expert to build FFmpegKit. You can follow general Flutter/React Native tutorials for plugins with native dependencies and apply the same approach to FFmpegKit’s Flutter/React Native plugin. If you run into issues, AI tools are quite helpful these days; I recommend using them.

however I got some fixed repo. which not only provide binary but also provide V2 embeddings for flutter so I will give it a try.

it has issue for android build. any newer version?
