I'm an a heavy figtree user, which has a bunch of great features that already exist in PearTree.
One feature that I really miss is the ability to copy the taxa labels when selecting an internal branch. PearTree will copy the tree structure. I also tried ctrl + click to select individual taxa to copy their labels but this appears to copy the tree again.
