I have a problem with the webhook on the artifacthub.io website.
I set up sending notifications to our messenger more than a year ago and everything worked fine.
But from a certain point it stopped working correctly.
I found that I receive such requests:

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that we use Rocket Chat.
I'll try to find similar problems related to Rocket Chat.
