Fargate tests stop in the middle without more information

We run tests with run-fargate.
The tests are starting without problems but they get stuck half running, no information in cloudwatch, nothing in logs, just the last intermediate data.
Metrics show up and then the spinner spins forever and the test run does not do anything anymore until you stop the test with strg + c.
Is this behaviour known? what can we do to know whats going on?
