Cannot select roaster from Config Menu

Hello,

I've been trying to connect to my new Kaleido M6 Pro, but when I go to config to select the roaster, everything is greyed out. I am not sure why. Any suggestions? I did reboot my computer to see if that was the issue, but it was not. Thanks.

Only the first instance of Artisan running on your machine can communicate with devices and record profiles. The second one is started in Artisan Viewer mode and is only able to read and display existing profiles and thus machines cannot be configured here. The Artisan Viewer only shows the RESET button, while the regular Artisan shows also the ON and START buttons.

Make sure you have only one Artisan instance running and you are good to go.
