What does Windows Device Manager see? The simplest check is to open Device Manager when the device is not connected via USB, then expand the PORTS (COM & LPT) section so you can see what already exists, and then plug the (powered on) device in. At that point you should see the correct COM port show up. Note, there are users who have reported here the cable was their issue. |

As the title shows, getting AS to run the Hottop is not working. AS sees COM4 and COM7 as the ports available, both USB-C on the Asus. But after I turn "super on" and press Control is shows "Hottop disconnected".
TIA for assistance to get this to work.
