Artisan not communicating with Phidget

Installed a Phidget thermocouple (TMP1101_1 + HUB0001_0) but for some reason Artisan is not reading it. I selected the Phidget I’m using from the device tab but it’s still not reading. Tried factory reset and tried again and still not working. Any suggestions?

No. I closed the control panel app and still not reading.

How did you configure Artisan?

Note that the device type "TMP1101 4xTC 01" does read channels 0 and 1 and the device type "TMP1101 4xTC23" reads channels 2 and 3.

The problem was indeed in the channels. For some reason it was reading ET instead of BT for channel 0, so I just inverted them on Artisan. Thanks.
