HI , i new to the artisan software and coffee roasting stuff , but im currently working on flutter apps that control roaster machine , i wanted to export the readings of the ET and BT to .alog file so it can be loaded to artisan , i wanted to know the structure of the .alog file what data should i provide to make a valid .alog file , thanks

There is no document that covers this. Artisan has limited resources and is a community supported open source application. We are always looking for contributions to Artisan's documentation. Join in and help by writing such a document.
