One way is to write a script to change all references for 'backgroundpath' in all your .alog files from "C:" to "D:". This would permanently change the .alog files and accomplish what you request. If you write such a script please post it here as it may be useful to another user. Another way is to create a symbolic link mapping your folder on C:<whatever> to D:<whatever>. Assuming you are on Windows there is an example here to guide you. |

I copied and pasted about 3,000 Artisan files that had foreground and background graphs saved on the C drive from one laptop to the D drive of another laptop.
After that, when I opened the Artisan log file that was moved to the D drive, the background did not appear.
When I opened the Roast>Background window, the path of the background file did not appear.
It would be too much work to manually change the path from C to D drive for about 3,000 background files one by one.
When I moved the data to another computer, how can I change the path names of numerous background screens at once?
