Your first point of call should be your roaster supplier. As documented in Artisan page about their roasters, https://artisan-scope.org/machines/coffed/, they used to have an article about how to connect your computer to the roaster. From what I can see in the standard configuration file for a Coffeed SR5 Automatic, the roaster IP address is 10.0.0.100. That would ordinarily mean you need to connect an ethernet cable to the roaster and your PC, and have an IP address in the same range (eg 10.0.0.90) manually set on your PC, and then Artisan should just be able to connect. |

Can you please help me? I used a USB cable as well as an internet cable, and neither connection works. I know that an internet cable is used for the automatic versions. I tried following the instructions, but I couldn't get it to work. Can anyone advise me?"
