Proaster with MODBUS communication Error

Ive been using the Proaster TCHR 01 machine for 1 year without any artisan now. since im unable to get the issue solved. Ive tried to follow manufacturer tutorial without any avail.

Ive tried installing driver from proaster website, install and uninstall few artisan version, buy a new usb to serial converter.
this is my last try. ill share my settings, port number, driver and all hope anyone can help me here thanks!

how did you configure your roaster? The settings you used don't look like the "default" settings that should come from the machine setup wizard, specifically the stopbits should be 2. https://github.com/artisan-roaster-scope/artisan/blob/master/src/includes/Machines/Proaster/THCR.aset

The other thing that we can't tell from your pictures is a confirmation that the roaster appears as COM13. The only real way to test that is to have Device Manager open and the COM ports expanded while the roaster isn't connected. Then, connect the roaster and watch to confirm which appears - its possible your serial-usb cable isn't working at all, and COM13 is a standard part of your PC (although naming would suggest otherwise)

As always machine setup issues are best understood by the manufacturer, so beyond these points I think you're down to them helping more.

Since you have nothing to lose in old data or Artisan configuration, it would be worth you making sure you install the latest, do a "factory reset", and then go through the machine setup wizard from scratch.

The setting i got is from the manufacturer website. Ive tried few setting and still not work.
For COM port, its confirm COM13. I already disconnect it COM13 is gone, and COM13 appears which i connect it.

The usb cable is from Manufacturer Autronic, Its a new one came in a box when i change the new RS485. Autronics SCM US48l.

Is it possible that the driver might be the culprit?

scroll to the LAST entries in the EVENTS tab to see what the final state is. From your earlier picture, the driver is installed correctly so you have no problem there.

I reckon you'll find the sequence of later events will match the "Requested", FTSER2K, SERENUM sequence and won't leave you with a partial install.

Check if there is any problem with the data cable from the temperature controller to RS485 to USB?
After confirming there are no issues, try switching the positive and negative poles of -RS485 +RS485.
Another possibility is that the manufacturer changed the temperature controller, resulting in an incorrect artisan-settings.aset .
Could you provide the specific model of the temperature controller?

I've check few weeks ago using multimeter. there is power going thru the temperature controller +-.
The temperature controller is Autronics TK4S,

i will try to switch the pole of the +- Rs485.
