how did you configure your roaster? The settings you used don't look like the "default" settings that should come from the machine setup wizard, specifically the stopbits should be 2. https://github.com/artisan-roaster-scope/artisan/blob/master/src/includes/Machines/Proaster/THCR.aset The other thing that we can't tell from your pictures is a confirmation that the roaster appears as COM13. The only real way to test that is to have Device Manager open and the COM ports expanded while the roaster isn't connected. Then, connect the roaster and watch to confirm which appears - its possible your serial-usb cable isn't working at all, and COM13 is a standard part of your PC (although naming would suggest otherwise) As always machine setup issues are best understood by the manufacturer, so beyond these points I think you're down to them helping more. Since you have nothing to lose in old data or Artisan configuration, it would be worth you making sure you install the latest, do a "factory reset", and then go through the machine setup wizard from scratch. |

Ive been using the Proaster TCHR 01 machine for 1 year without any artisan now. since im unable to get the issue solved. Ive tried to follow manufacturer tutorial without any avail.
Ive tried installing driver from proaster website, install and uninstall few artisan version, buy a new usb to serial converter.
this is my last try. ill share my settings, port number, driver and all hope anyone can help me here thanks!
