this has NOTHING to do with Artisan, this is roasting 101. The one thing I will tell you - ok maybe two - is that whatever YOU do, it is unlikely I'll choose exactly the same thing, so whatever you choose, do it consistently. Second thing is go watch some Mill City Roasters roast along videos, you'll pick up a few milestone related tips there. But Artisan support is NOT the place for you to learn roasting |

I mark Dry End when the beans are starting to yellow, no longer totally green. Marking by color is of course subjective, and will vary between people or just from time to time with the same person. Some people just always mark Dry End at the same temerature (e.g. 150°C). |
