Mill City 500 Gram Setup

My Mill City 500 gam roaster setup displays my bean temperature as the drum temperature. Is there a way to correct this?

yes. Just change the device mapping.
There are many MCR machine variants, so to get specific we would need to know more about what variant you have (essentially what machine setup you selected) or you can just try it...

no, the one page that would have been useful is not in your pictures.

The first image you showed is telling you that MODBUS is the selected device. That means that Phidgets is not relevant, but the PORTS--> MODBUS tab is.

You need to adjust the SLAVE and REGISTER of the INPUTs that are incorrect. The above image is my machine, so if I wanted to swap BT and ET I would change INPUT1 to be Slave 1 Register 0, and INPUT2 to be Slave1 Register 2.

Artisan is a coffee roasting curve recording software. To connect the Mill City 500 Gram to Artisan, follow these steps:
Hardware Connection: Plug the USB port of the Mill City 500 Gram into a computer.
Software Configuration: Open the Artisan software, navigate to the configuration page, select the device, choose "MODBUS" for the meter, and click "OK".
Port Settings: Select the corresponding USB port for the communication port, set the baud rate to 115200, enter "1" and "2", set the slave device to "1", fill in "1001" and "1002" for the registers, set both splitters to "1/10", and click "OK".
Start Connection: Click "Start". If the connection is successful, data such as temperature will be displayed normally.

thats probably unnecessary given the preset settings appear to be correct except BT/ET reversed.

To swap ET<->BT there is a corresponding flag in the Filters dialog (menu Config >> Curves, 2nd tab) under Input Filters.
