Adjusting the AIR by odd Numbers like 5%

I have an issue with Artisan LCD showing the AIR percentage. I hae a button set up for 25% and when I press it, the LCD shows 20 NOT 25. I am using Windows 11. Any Idea about how to make it work? Thank you.

Too many potential possible causes to guess. It works fine here. To help we will need to see your settings. Use menu Help>> Save settings to save your settings to a file, like artisan-settings.aset. Rename the file to artisan-settings.txt then drag-and-drop on a reply input field here on the Discussion web page. Do not attach the file to an email reply.
