trinitas t2 modbus error

hi, I'm posting because I need help
I'm getting a 'Modbus communication error' after replacing the temperature measurement device. I've attached a screenshot. I am a Trinitas T2 user.

it means the roaster and computer are no longer connected.
Whatever you changed has changed the communication parameters or method or has changed the serial port it presents and needs the correct driver. It might just be presenting as a different COM port, you should review your setup and compare to what you have Artisan set to use.
Ultimately this is going to come down to the hardware you've changed - so without sharing more info about what you replaced and with what, you're unlikely to get any further... If this was guided by your manufacturer, then perhaps they're the best first port of call?

thank you for your answer. I use an Autonics TX4S-B4R measuring instrument.
I'm going to attempt the connection again. If it fails, I will send another inquiry.
