How to automate air changes?

I would like to automatically reduce my fan level 5 points (steps?) every 20 seconds, for the first 5 minutes of a roast, while the PID controls the temperature. I've been doing this by creating individual alarms for each change. Is there a simpler way to do this?

The only way is to load a background profile with a start and end event for your fan levels and then use ramping event replay of those two fan events.
