Which Artisan version did you install on which operating system version? Did you configure Artisan for your machine (select menu Config >> Machines >> San Franciscan SF)? Is the serial driver for your USB2RS485 converter installed? |

So my harddrive on my Imac died and I need to get Artisan set up and another new "Older Imac" Its all I have. I have an SF3 and have the serialcomm USB RS485/422 converter. I am having a Modbus Error and cant get it to connect to the computer. I did not set up Artisan up years ago and the original owner isn't available. I need to get it up and going again ASAP. Unfortunately lost all my roast profiles.
