From https://artisan-scope.org/machines/santoker/ there is no specific mention of the touchscreen model. I would suggest the R Master model in your tests is the best fit. Has this ever worked for you - or is this a new roaster that you're setting up for the first time? I can't be sure but this seems to me like some form of sampling error where it's reading values but not getting response from the machine fast enough, and is causing some mis-recording or averaging of the values. You can see from the release history https://github.com/artisan-roaster-scope/artisan/blob/master/wiki/ReleaseHistory.md that 3.4 was a significant change. Perhaps as a test you should try 3.2 and see if that reports differently, and we can then consider this a behaviour in 3.4 that we need to understand. |

Hi,
I am experiencing unstable BT and ET readings when connecting a Santoker R200 Touchscreen roaster (same system R Master Series) to Artisan via Bluetooth.
The connection itself is successful, but the temperature values are incorrect. BT/ET readings alternate between abnormally low and high values (for example, jumping between fixed values like ~68 and ~123), and do not reflect the actual bean temperature.

What I’ve observed:
Has anyone experienced similar behavior with Santoker touchscreen models, or is there a recommended configuration or driver for this model?
Thank you.
